First time trying Earl Grey Cafe. Food was pretty good but slightly over priced. Big country breakfast was solid as was the deuces wild breakfast. Friendly staff and lots of seating right off the casino floor.
Stayed at the JW Marriott for 5 nights. As a Platinum Elite, the free breakfast was actually breakfast at the Earl Grey Cafe. There is a special breakfast menu for those that are taking advantage of this offer. I personally loved this option comparatively to many other Marriotts which are typically breakfast buffets with powdered eggs. Being able to sit in a diner and order off a menu was a nice treat. There were ample options and it was more than filling. I ordered the BLTA with home fries, coffee and sliced bananas on most days. Hubby ordered the typical American breakfast (2 eggs, bacon, sourdough toast, hash browns) with sliced tomatoes and orange juice. I also tried the avocado toast on one of the days. The service was great and waitress even remembered our orders on day 2 and came straight over with our OJ and coffee before we even ordered. The diner was also decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch. Highly recommend checking this place out for breakfast if you are at the Rampart Casino or JW Marriott.

All of the staff was fantastic. Juan took care of my dinner service. He did a perfect job. Thank you Juan and thank you to all the staff you makes dining out at late hours possible. Happy New Year. Customer service was excellent. We were seated right away next to the glass wall overlooking the slot machines. Tables were spaced 6 ft apart. Interior neat organized airy and trendy. Our server Molly was very friendly, ensured our requeats were fulfilled, came by several times to see if we were ok. When she was on her break her co-server who was just as friendly came by to check on us. The omelettes were perfectly done as well as the roasted potatoes. My hubby is not a fan of roasted potatoes but he liked them a lot and finished them off. The receptionist cashier was great, cheerful, friendly and helpful. It was a very nice experience over all. We were comfortable and enjoyed it.
Staying at the JW Marriott and have eaten three meals here. Food was really good, generous proportions. Service excellent.
This place is totally renovated and turned into a nice, modern restaurant located inside JW Marriott and Rampart Casiono. I liked the food even before when the restaurant was called Promenade Cafe, but now the menu is more sophisticated and the food quality is even better, especially for such as low prices. I just had a delicious Halubut Filet for 17 only. Come on? Where can you find such a delicious fish at such a low price. Usually Halibut is offered only in the top fine dining restaurants and priced in the range of 35 to 50 per portion. The servers are very friendly, fast, and accurate. Great managent presence. They were checking on our table frequently making sure everything is good. I highly recommend Earl Grey Cafe because you get JW Marriott experience and quality at a casual restaurant prices. This is possible only in Las Vegas.
So the food here was great. We stayed at the JW Marriott for 3 days and ate here 3 times, twice for breakfast and once for lunch, and no one was disappointed with the food.
